Upon leaving a major international estate agency, Julia was approached by several former clients who expressed an interest in retaining her as the property manager for their commercial and industrial property assets. As a result the company opened offices in Surry Hills in November 2008..

Our key people, Julia and Peter, have a wealth of experience in the industry and in the past have both worked for major institutions managing large investment portfolios as well as in agency. Blue Asset Management’s services are directed towards small to medium private investors.
