A team of contractors has been carefully selected to service the buildings and advise on the operational side of asset management. Contractors have been selected based on the following attributes.
- Service excellence as experienced at buildings previously managed by the team in former roles. Alternatively they have come highly recommended from trusted sources within the industry.
- A proactive and intelligent approach with a firm knowledge of their area of expertise allowing the property manager to concentrate on the asset’s financial performance and lease management.
- Competitive pricing. Contracts considered to be priced above benchmark figures (especially those under-performing) have been re-tendered. The current team provide an above-average service at competitive rates.
- The ability to work together with tenants, property managers and other contractors in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
