Blue Asset Management is focussed on providing a high standard of service to the occupants of the buildings it manages so as to retain tenants wherever possible.

This includes an initial meeting with each tenant when taking on a new management and survey in the form of a questionnaire where the tenant is asked to rate the various building services. This allows the tenants to raise any issues they have with the management of the building, future space requirements, etc. The survey is then repeated annually with each tenant throughout the lease.

The property software produces a list of critical dates so that forthcoming rent reviews, lease expiries etc. can be planned for prior to the relevant date.
